Sorry, but there is no Upgrade Path, in which you update the OS but retain the settings, data, and apps from the former OS, from XP to Win10; instead, you have to do a Clean-Install and in the process, you will lose everything currently on your drive.
Also, it's likely that your hardware, being of XP-vintage, will be too old to have any Win10 drivers.
I would advise AGAINST attempting the Win10 install.
