won't reboot

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Following a patch update system will not reboot. All attempts to restore, recovery, etc fail. They usually want an Administrator account which it states does not exist on this computer. Attempts to create a recovery USB say that this model is not supported. What to do?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows after a Windows update.
