Product: z820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have spent a few days trying to update my z820 to Windows 10 Pro 64bit ver 1803.  Currently on 1709.

 

Today I contacted MS and did a chat and spoke with 3 techs on the phone.  We tried to install the update 6 times today and it failed every time.  So I thought I would stop over here and see if anyone has some guidance on next steps.

Microsoft Techs tried to help you today, surely not.

Because it is currently 1809 that they should have been trying to install, 1803 is not readily available.

I suggest backups and then a clean install. Making certain you have backups.

There are not many drivers available, are you on the latest BIOS????
