Hi @Agel90,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Zero upload speed on your computer, despite having a working internet connection for downloads, can be due to several factors. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

1. Check Network Connection

Restart Modem and Router:

  • Power cycle your modem and router by unplugging them for about 30 seconds, then plugging them back in.

Wired vs. Wireless:

  • If you're using Wi-Fi, try connecting your computer directly to the router using an Ethernet cable to see if the issue persists.

2. Network Adapter Settings

Update Network Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager by pressing Win + X and selecting Device Manager.
  • Expand the Network adapters section.
  • Right-click your network adapter and select Update driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Open Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
  • Scroll down and click on Network reset.

Disable and Enable Network Adapter:

  • In Device Manager, right-click on your network adapter and select Disable device.
  • Wait a few seconds, then right-click it again and select Enable device.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
