0x807075b4 printer error. HELP!

As i said before, i can print fine from my HP Smart app on my mobile, but the computer keeps giving me "0x807075b4 error." The computer is listed there (twice, actually); one will give me the error, the other will get as far as the print queue and eventually error out.  i've spent over 2+ days. and countless internet/ai serches to try and fix this problem. I'm at a loss.
