@LaOMaN, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

RAM Compatibility: Even if your RAM is rated for 8400 MHz, your motherboard and CPU must also support it—otherwise, the system becomes unstable.

Run HP Diagnostics

Use HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI:

Restart your computer.

Press ESC repeatedly, then F2 to enter diagnostics.

Run Memory Test.

Alternatively, use Windows-based HP PC Hardware Diagnostics:

Download from HP here: HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Support

Run a Full Memory Test.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
