Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I boot up I get a message that says the following ;

your device needs to be repaired

the operating system couldn’t be loaded because a critical driver is missing or contains errors.
file : WINDOWS/system32/drivers/mfeelamk.sys

error code : 0xc000007b

You’ll neeed to use recovery tools. If you don’t have any instillation media (like a disc or USB device) contact your PC. administrator or PC/device manufacturer

@Syveoooo  -- restart your computer. If you get the same message, restart your computer. If you get the same message, restart your computer.  After these consecutive "failures", Windows should boot into the "Recovery Console".

It may run a "check disk" to check that the file-system on the disk-drive is OK, and it may repair any issues.

Then, restart, to see if your computer starts normally, or opens to that "Recovery Console" again.

Take a copy of the Windows Installer media (DVD or USB) and boot your computer.

At the point where the "install" button is available, look towards the bottom of the window, and click "Repair".

What you probably have is a "corrupted" file-system. That "Repair" will run the "CHKDSK" utility, to repair the file-system.  It is the corruption of the file-system that generates that error-message about that file.

After the "Repair", restart your computer from your disk-drive, not from the DVD/USB media.
