So, my pc has been crashing to a blue screen every time it updates and I can't get the new version on windows 11. I did some digging in my Device Manager and under other devices I have 2 unknown devices.  I checked google to find what to do and it said to locate local files for it under AMD Chipset Controller, but it popped up a warning that said, "Installing this device driver is not recommended because Windows cannot verify that it is compatible with your hardware. If the driver is not compatible, your hardware will not work correctly, and your computer might become unstable or stop working completely." I don't know what to do any help would be very appreciated..

The two drivers are available as individual standalone installations from the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

 ACPI\AMDIF031

Microsoft Update Catalog

ACPI\AMDI0052

Microsoft Update Catalog

I have zipped up and attached the driver files below.

You will have to manually install the drivers for each device since there are no executable files in either folder.

Download and unzip the files to their folders.

Do not do anything with the files in the folders.

Here's how to manually install the drivers for the ACPI\AMDIF031 device and then you will follow the same procedure for the ACPI\AMDI0052 device.

Go to the device manager.

Click on the unknown ACPI\AMDIF031 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the ACPI\AMDIF031 folder that you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Then do the same thing for the ACPI\AMDI0052 device.
