I installed windows 11 pro on "HP ENVY 23-d150xt TouchSmart All-in-One CTO Desktop PC" and the graphics driver seems cause the computer to freeze frequently - remote desktop into it seems much more stable.
The graphics card seems AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7650A, and I found driver version 15.201.2401.1007 which did not help.
Dells seems to have a similar problem, and someone claims that all the version 15 drivers cannot be used and older versions should be used, see https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/inspiron-desktops/inspiron-2330-aio-fan-starting-and...
Where can I find the older drivers? The ftp.hp.com server seems no longer working.

HP has retired support for your PC since it is more than 10 years old.
You need to manually install the W8.1 driver if the auto install method doesn't work.

If the audio isn't working as nice as it should, see if this driver works better.
6.10.6504.0
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Thanks for the information. I can download sp63890.exe using the link, but the sp71717.exe link does not work.
When I ran sp63890.exe, it eventually failed with the following message: "your system does not meet the operating system requirements. update has been cancelled. (9998)".
While sp63890.exe was running, it seems to create a directory under $USER/appdata/local/temp, such as pftD&FE.temp, which contains a file sp63890.rtf, and some subdirectories with .inf files. However, when I tried to manually update the display driver, and point to the src/packages/drivers/display/WB6A_INF subdirectory, windows 11 complained that it does not contain the driver software. What options do I have now?

You're very welcome.
I'm surprised that the IDT audio driver didn't work and that manually trying to install the driver for the graphics card didn't work.
See if this works.
Re-download sp63890.exe and don't run it.
Download and install the free 7-Zip file utility.
The first file at the top of the page is for 64 bit.
After you install 7-zip, right click on the graphics driver file you saved and select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.
Have 7-Zip Extract to: and let it extract the file into its folder name.
After that is done, go to the device manager, click to expand the Display adapters device manager category.
Click on the Microsoft Basic Display adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and then at the bottom of that window select the 'Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
Click on Have Disk and browse to the sp63890 folder>src>Packages>Drivers>Display>WB6A_INF>cu162314, select the AMD Radeon(TM) HD 7650A Graphics adapter from the list, and see if the driver installs that way.
