The recording tab in AMD radeon is missing. How would I fix it?

My HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF's GPU is an AMD RX 6600 XT. Assuming your AMD graphics card is "Record & Stream" capable (btw, what AMD GPU do you have?), I would consider trying these steps:

1.) Uninstall AMD Adrenalin

2.) Download and run "Display Driver Uninstaller" (DDU) to remove the existing AMD drivers: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

PLEASE NOTE: This must be run in Windows SAFE mode to work properly: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644...

3.) Download and run the AMD Cleanup Utility to remove any final traces of the old AMD drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

4.) Install the new AMD driver version: https://www.amd.com/en/support

I tried doing this and the tab still doesn't show.  I have an RX 5500 and my CPU is a Ryzen 3 4300g.

(v21.5.2) Full Guide 100% Working!..., it is named "Your File Is Ready To Download" or "serve", and it is an ISO disc image file 123 MB (126,612 KB).

2.) download the "Windows 10 upgrade tool free download" from here: Windows 10 upgrade tool free download (fixbugsyt.com)
