Product: HP Prodesk 600 G3 mini pc

I had follow the instruction to disable Absolute Presistence Module by using Powershell cmd Set-HPBIOSSettingValue -Name "Permanent Disable Absolute Persistence Module Set Once" -Value "Yes", it runs me the error message like this:
