Hello HP, I have a question about the bios and ram speed. I just bought a new kit of DDR4 CORSAIR 2x8 3200MHZ ram memory. I installed it and they worked but now i have a problem. There is absolutely nowere a option to change the ram speed in the bios, so now its stuck on 2133Mhz and i cannot change it. I saw online that you could enter advanced settings by some weird combinations on the keyboard but nothing works for me. I really hope you can help because it costed quite some money.

Hi @PcBuilderFromNl

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you wish to access advanced BIOS menu. Please follow the steps below-

  1. Boot up your computer. When you see the startup logo screen, press CTRL+F10 and then CTRL+F11 to get into the BIOS. (It only works for some computer and you may need to try it for a few times until you get in).
  2. Boot up your computer and then press the F8, F9, F10 or Del key to get in to BIOS. Then quickly press the A key to show the Advanced settings.
  3. In the BIOS, press Fn+Tab for 3 times.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
