Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0001ne

Last year my HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0001ne update by itself, i woke up and powered it on and i realised everything was erased of my computer and the task bar was frozen. I tried searching for everything to help but nothing is working and it has been like that for a year now. What can i do to fix it? I can’t use the search bar, can’t open setting nor any app except for the ones on my home screen. T
