I purchased an All-in-One desktop from Costco on 5/2/22. I am having problems with updates, including accessing websites. I constantly receive errors. I tried using Norton to check the system and it indicated that I needed dozens of updates, which I did not apply. My HP site did not show any updates pending; therefore, I did not follow Norton's recommendation. My HP site is showing it as 24-cb0057c Bundle A/I/O (318D0AA) instead of cb0000a(3B5H7AV). I have no idea what that means. All updates from Windows have been under 22H2, then 23H2 and most recently 24H2. Why is HP showing 27 updates needed under the website and none under myHP app? I did notice that under the HP registered devices it shows as 24-cb0057c (318D0AA) instead of 24-cb0000a(3B5H7AV), which was the original model when purchased. As you can see from my ramblings, I am quite light on these issues and I may have problems following guidance, but I will appreciate advice. Thank you.
