HP Pavilion All-in-One 27-d1xxx with Windows 11 64-bit, Anker USB C Hub 5-in-One driver error - Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)

Hello - I bought the Anker USB C hub to use with my desktop. The hub comes with a USB C Power Delivery port, a USB C data port, two USB 2.0 ports, and an HDMI port. My computer recognizes, is able to download drivers for, and allows me to use successfully, the data ports and the HDMI port. However, the computer cannot recognize the Power Delivery port. It labels that port as an Unknown USB Device with the error of Port Reset Failed. I would like to be clear that I am not using this port, as it is a desktop and there is no need to have power delivery to it. With that, though, I am having an error message about this every time the computer turns on and I find it odd that there is not a driver to recognize the Power Delivery port. There is no driver download available from the HP website, nor Anker's website. I have tried to reset, uninstall, and look for drivers within the device manager, to no avail. The best I can do is to disable the specific port, but that is not the fix I am looking for. I understand that there is no need for power delivery on a desktop, and that it would actually be dangerous and potentially harmful to the computer to attempt to do so. However, I do think there should be a driver to at least recognize the device and even pre-emptively disable it so that any such attempt to utilize Power Delivery to the desktop would be thwarted. I would greatly appreciate a solution to this issue. It could be in the selection of an alternative driver that the Desktop would be able to successfully apply to the device, or HP creating a new driver that would function in a safe and effective manner with Power Delivery ports plugged into a desktop. I do not want to continue to have an error message, and I do not want to purchase a new USB C hub either. The hub is perfectly operational otherwise, and it even has potential to be used in a future case where I have a computer compatible with Power Delivery. If anybody from the community or HP Support has any insight or guidance on this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you - Tommy
