The HP Support Forum is largely community-driven, with volunteers and users who come from many different tech backgrounds — so you’re always welcome to ask any question here, including Microsoft-related ones.

That said, if you need an official answer or troubleshooting specific to a Microsoft feature or Windows issue, the best place to check is Microsoft’s own support channels or their official forums, since they have direct access to diagnostic tools and engineering resources.
