HP Recommended

This support experience has been absolutely horrendous. I purchased a laptop and it stopped working after a month. When booting up, it gets stuck in BIOS Pending Image loop where the screen flashes but nothing happens. I have tried every kind of support available but HP is not recognizing the serial number as being valid despite it being printed on the laptop. Since this is required to speak to tech support or use the support assistant, I have gotten nowhere with solving this issue.
