BIOS Update

Hello!

My BIOS is F.20 10/30/2017 

I'm recently having a problem:

The HP Support Assistand said that I should've downloaded a BIOS Update, and so I did, however, I checked the avaible updates and I found the update: "HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 82FE)", which I found out to be complatible with the motherboard, now my questions are:

How can I check the recent updates of my HP? (HP Support Assistant)

How I'm sure that I must download this update?

There are a lot of ways to hp bios update. As we all know that Updates are very necessary for the performance of the system. Updates for BIOS able to fix and aspects of your system’s performance.
