HP ENVY Phoenix Desktop - 850-150qe CTO

Should I update my BIOS? My desktop was purchased in 2015. On the HP driver updates, it shows two BIOS updates. I'm not certain if either applies to my computer. My current BIOS version is 2.8. The particulars on my motherboard are as follows:

Motherboard

               Manufacturer     HP

               Model   2B36 (SOCKET 0)

               Version 2.0

               Chipset Vendor  Intel

               Chipset Model   Haswell

               Chipset Revision               06

               Southbridge Vendor        Intel

               Southbridge Model         Z97

               Southbridge Revision      00

               System Temperature       40 °C

                              BIOS

                                             Brand    AMI

                                             Version A0.08

                                             Date      8/25/2015

Suggestions? Thanks so much.

hi

a bios update should only be performed:
only at the request of hp support, in the event of a particular problem
if the bios update brings an important correction , and that the computer could encounter
Or an existing problem, which this update would be likely to correct
in a few words, it works don't touch anything
for information your motherboard must be

you have Version A0.08 bios v

it seems to be the last
