Product: OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-175hk
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an OMEN PC with an intel 8700K CPU. The newest bios, F.56, lock the max ICC quietly without providing any options to reset in bios setting. Meanwhile this bios version does not support downgrade to older bios which did not lock the max ICC. Which "smart" engineer in your team made this so "smart" decision? You should fire him now. If I did not overclock my cpu why would I buy a cpu with "K" suffix?
