Hello! I am troubleshooting with Microsoft and we have to a point where they told me to get HP to update my Bios. I only have 2023 and there's 2024 already. I cannot get hold of a real person in HP. I am linked to Community and Virtual Assistant. I saw here that people have troubles updating on their own. Microsoft also told me it can be quite complicated thus need HP to update it and not us. Is there still a person behind HP Support?

Greetings @BIOS57
Many folks are having problems playing certain games due to a Secure Boot (PK) database problem or a TPM 2.0 manufacturing version problem.
I don't know if this is your problem.
Your PC may need a firmware update from HP via a possible future BIOS update.
HP has been fixing this problem for a while now on a MB to MB basis. I don't know where your MB would be in the queue.
That's all I can say.
Check this Forum Thread. Many folks with HP AMD PCs are having similar problems..
Regards
