Pavillion 570
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried multiple time to install BIOS update (ROM Family SSID 82F2) and I always get a message that the update failed after I restart the computer. Any help with this issue is appreciated. Thanks

In order to receive proper help, the full model number is needed, IE :  HP Pavilion 570-p084d

There are many in the Pavilion 570 model line.  Also what is the present BIOS version?  And what BIOS version is attempting to be installed?

This is the third attempt to get you the requested information. My computer is 570-p056 and bios version is AMI F.13. As was stated in the original email the bios update in the HP Assistant will not install. I have tried multiple times. What do I need to do in order to get this installed? Thanks

Here is the support page for that model

I do not see a AMI F.13 BIOS version listed.  Is that the version installed or the one that is trying to be installed?

Please indicate the version that is installed by checking in the BIOS, as it will be identified at the top.  Once that is known, then perhaps the correct version can be installed.  From the number of ROM families identified on the support page, that model must have a number of different CPU options.  Please identify the CPU installed - that can be found while in the BIOS, too.
