Hello !

So basicly I runned HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows at boot

and for Battery Testing, it resulted in :

AC adapter test:

      AC adapter not detected, so test cannot be performed

Battery Test :
      Primary - Calibration Required (21)
      Logic state: No mains supply (21), Load state - Not available
     (I specify here that the AC adapter was plugged in)

What can I do ? It seems like I need to calibrate my battery so I can use back the AC adapter, but to do so, I need the AC adapter

Do you have any leads that might explain this problem?

@infra

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged when the computer is powered on.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tested with an alternate adapter?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
