Someone PLEASE help me, I have Googled and youtube so much my fingers hurt!
My desk top hp pavilion all in one 23, it powers on but the screen stays black and a beep code starts as soon as its powered on , 3 beeps and quick pause then 5 beeps, and it repeats the sequence once then stops! can any one please tell me how to fix this? I have tried the hard reset, unplug key board etc, then unplug power cord, hold power button 15 secs then plug back up and turn on, and it still does the same!! please help me, this computer has everything pics videos documents, of my mother who has passed 2 years ago and i dont want to loose it.
