Product: OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT11-1000i / GT12-1000i (1N3Y2AV)

I was given a phone number by a certified HP support center to get help for my private desktop. I called them and paid them a money. But after I paid I realised it was a company (domian) best2serve.

Are they legit?

I can't see HP recommending a scam operation to customers.

 

Best2serve seems to service HP devices and has a bona fide relationship with HP.

 

Check customer reviews at this Site.

 

Best2serve seems to be legit with caveats.

 

Did Best2serve satisfactorily fix your PC's problem?
