My HP Pavilion Desktop downloaded Bios Update F.37, upon completion the PC errors in bootup, sends me into recovery mode, I've inserted my bitlocker recovery keys and it can't repair the PC.  Go into command prompt and it looks my 😧 drive is now the C: drive and the C: drive is 😧 drive

Greetings @ScottW389

It is recommended to turn off Windows Device Encryption (BitLocker Lite) prior to doing a BIOS update.

The BIOS update has cleared and reset the TPM. The current and valid Windows BitLocker recovery key in your possession is no longer stored in the firmware TPM.

Windows recovery options available when the BitLocker recovery key fails to unlock the system drive are: to reinstall Windows by doing a HP Cloud Recovery if your PC qualifies. or do a clean Windows 11 installation.

You have permanently lost access to all data stored on the system drive if the BitLocker recovery key will not unlock the system drive.

Regards
