Hi I have the following All in One PC 23-q105na

When  I power it on its beeps 3 long and 3 short after about 5 cycles it eventually loads the operating system.  I am trying to get a bios update but when i visit the HP website and enter my serial number it never brings up any information it just tells me to wait and the box logo just keeps rotating around it does the same on another computer as well

How do I get a bios update to see if this resolved the beeping issue on start up

look forward to hearing from you all

hi

It is not certain that this changes anything ..
the computer, may even not start
From an hp document

The embedded controller has timed out waiting for BIOS to return from graphics initialization.

Indicates potential graphics chip failure.
For integrated configuration:
  1. For integrated configuration, confirm if graphics is on processor or system board.
  2. For integrated where graphics is on the CPU, swap known good processor.
  3. For integrated configuration, replace system board and/or processor as appropriate. If the add-in card requires additional power, verify the cord is plugged in.
For non-integrated configuration:
  1. Reseat card if able.
  2. Test known good card if able.
  3. Replace affected component.

This AIO is on ship Intel Graphics

The face the system boots after its cycled about 5 times the issue should not be the CPU

II would be more confident in flashing the bios if I could have downloaded the bios from the product page on the HP site

The product page is a similar model, obviously, is it not the same motherboard?

In research impossible to find this model (na )
even when indicating the product number P / N, not recognized by hp

check motherboard SSID
