I am trying to update my bios but I can't because when I try it says update not compatible with my device, And the update button is unavailable. Hp support assisant does not show any driver and software updates, All the drivers are stuck on the stock version.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the hp support assisant. Idk what to do..

Please delete remove your serial number.

There are 3 BIOS updates for 3 seemingly different Main-Boards, you must match them up.

 

SSID WiFi Born On.pngSystem Board SSID.

Piriform Speccy may be able to ID the board.

It should be a   SSID: 2B42

 

and the Listed BIOS updates are for  SSID's  2B43, 2B44 & 2B45.

Ok yes I downloaded the piriform speccy and it had a I'd as 2b42 (p0), But I can't find a bios link.

So unless you can find another AIO PC with that Main-Board and a later update, then there is nothing to do.
