The model number is 1HM19AV

its running Windows 10

I bought this PC a year and a half ago.

I downloaded the BIOS update from the hp website and ran it. It created a folder in C drive called SWSetup then closed. And nothing happens. There are files in the folder HPWINGUI.exe, license.txt, P04_0234.bin, P04_0234.SIG, SP110512.cva, SP110512.txt.
