I have a HP desktop and need help updating the bios i tried searching for a 3rd party website but cant even find that in the searchs of google bing and duckduckgo can anyone help?

HP consumer class PC's of that vintage can only have the BIOS's updated via Windows.

 

in the case of your PC, the BIOS update was written to be run on Windows 7.

Thank you so much now i just need to know if the bios i have witch is the one you gave me a link to the correct one i have i just wish to now know if it supports the AMD phenom II X6 1100T black edition
