Hey Grzwacz, 

well its been a fun couple of days sorry I confused you I don't have a iso copy of Windows 10 well I do but it's on the pc with the issue. I don't have a disk except the original win 7 save disk i made for the original pc with the issue so for the past two days I ha seven going places to have a Windows 10 iso disk burned for me from the link you so kindly provided, thing is everyone said nope it's against our store policy, best buy, staples, walmart, radio shack so I said the he'll with it and bought a new pc. I can burn a disk myself and fix my old one with the new pc. If not I already have a new pc to use. Problem Double Solved!! Still Thanks for the help your still Aces in my book!!!
