Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

OMEN 45L Gaming DT GT22-1084 this is my PC.  it has a 13th gen i913900KF I've read that these cpu had some problems the BIOS updates had fixed for a lot of users. I'm trying to find a way to update my BOIS. 

I am currently on AMI F.20, 9/14/2023

 

Hopefully someone is able to help because i canty find any concrete info

The latest BIOS update is F.34. which can be found at the link below:

BIOS updates are cumulative so you can update directly to F.34 if you want.
