Blue screen issue

i ran the hardware diagnostic and ROM failed the test  
what should i do ??

The ROM, which is a memory chip has failed and needs to be replaced.  Since you did not post the complete model number, then it is not possible to give any further help.

If you know how to access the memory chip area, open the compartment to see if there is more than one memory module.  If yes, then remove all but one and run the test for each module.  That way the defective module will be identified, and then replace it.  It should be replaced with the EXACT same item.

If there is only one module, then replace with the same spec module.
