Hello HP community. I just want ask some question about my HP laptop here. So the first issue is while laptop is charging and I turned it on it goes bluescreen after that it goes to some "HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC" and I test it some hardware test idk what it is. After that I tried to turn it off by just pressing the power off and turn it on again, I just do that like 5Times and then the last time I turned it off and on it goes like black screen at all but it's ON without cursor and a capslock blinking when im pressing it. I just noticed the fan usually I heard when im turning it on the laptop is slowly like I can't hear it anymore. I've tried and watched some YouTube videos on how to fix this thing but failed. Do I need to go to technician into this or I can fix it own my own what you guys think? Please Help Thanks n advance everyone.
