Hi @scorine99,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your earbuds to your computer via Bluetooth. I would request you to please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

Verify Bluetooth Settings

  • Enable Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and make sure Bluetooth is toggled ON.
  • Airplane Mode: Ensure Airplane Mode is OFF.

Reset Earbuds

  • Put your earbuds back into their case and reset them (usually by holding the button for 10–15 seconds, depending on the brand).
  • Re-enter pairing mode and try again.

Update Bluetooth Drivers

  • Open Device Manager (press Win + X > Device Manager).
  • Expand Bluetooth.
  • Right-click your Bluetooth adapter (e.g., Intel Wireless Bluetooth) > Update driver > Search automatically for drivers.
  • If no update is found, visit HP Support or your laptop’s manufacturer site to download the latest Bluetooth driver.

Remove Old Pairings

  • In Bluetooth & devices, remove any previously paired earbuds or devices.
  • Click on the device name > Remove device.
  • Restart your laptop and re-pair the earbuds.

Take care and have an amazing day!
