Hi:
Unfortunately, there is no solution to the problem of the Bluetooth disappearing on the Ralink RT3290 Wi-Fi adapter in the newer builds of W10, which the parts list indicates your PC comes with.
Often the Wi-Fi disappears as well, so that may come next.
You can do one of these two workarounds:
1. Install a USB Bluetooth adapter.
2. Replace the internal Wi-Fi card with one that works on W10.
Suggested replacements:
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part # 724935-001
Broadcom BCM943228HMB WiDi 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP part # 730668-001
You should be able to find either card on eBay.
Search by the HP part number not the model of the wifi card.
Below is the link to the service manual which should help you open up the PC to replace the Wi-Fi card.

Installed Broadcom BCM943228HMB WiDi 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo
The adapter doesn't work. Cannot update the driver (always got "the best drivers are already installed)
Error information:
This device cannot start (code 10)

These are the latest W10 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers HP has for that model Wi-Fi card:
Wi-Fi:
Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver (Windows 10)
7.35.351.0
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78044.exe
Broadcom Bluetooth Driver
12.0.1.921
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp75001-75500/sp75330.exe
If that doesn't resolve the problem, unfortunately I wouldn't know what the problem could be.
You will have to reinstall the Ralink card and use a USB Bluetooth adapter, or you can remove the internal Wi-Fi card and insulate the antenna wires from touching anything metal on the motherboard and they have a dual band USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.
I use one of these on a desktop PC that would have been too much trouble to install an internal Wi-Fi card in.
