Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After I upgraded my desktop from Windows 7 to Windows 10, Bluetooth disappeared.

It is nowhere at all on the PC.

How do I get it back?

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs page for your PC.

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c03023321

It never had built in bluetooth networking capability according to the specifications, or that feature would have been listed under the Communications specifications.

The easiest thing to do in order to add bluetooth networking capability to your PC, would be to purchase an external USB bluetooth adapter such as this...

Hi:

The model number you posted is the monitor model number.

The PC has a different model number/product number.

Please post the full model number or product number of your PC.

The product number can normally be found on the same label as the serial number.

Please do not post the serial number.

You can also use this guide for how to find your PC's model number/product number...
