I bought a second-hand laptop off of Offerup. I tried to reset it, and there's not enough disc space. Then, it logged out the previous user and they don't know the password and have stopped messaging me back. So I'm locked out of a computer, and it cant be hard reset because there's "Not Enough Space".
I need this computer for school soon and I cannot afford another one.
How can I factory reset it?
(Please use little words, I had to ask my boyfriend what "Networking" meant.)
