Hello community, new here and to the HP family sooooo,     I BOUGHT A STORAGE UNIT @ A AUCTION. I CAME ACROSS A ALL IN ONE 19’ Hp 2304 WEHN I GOT HOME, I DISCOVERED A ADMINISTRATOR  START UP PASSWORD WITH A HINT W/the LETTER “A” and I do not have a clue how to gain access In to the desktop so j can overtake admin access as the new owner and re boot without having to hard reset, it does have the Microsoft Windows disk  in the rom driver. Any takers to guide me the best way to solve this?????’ thanks in advanced
