Hello, I just joined your site and I would like to ask you how I can play a CD on my computer? I've had the computer for about two years and never had to play a CD before. Thank you

First, download and install this media player: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/
Then, insert the CD into the drive and close it.
If VLC does not open and start playing the CD, then select the CD drive through File Explorer, right-click one of the files, select Open With and select VLC Media Player.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to help me and for the information you provided. I have another question and it concerns how to burn three songs from YouTube onto a CD-R? I've spent the last two days trying to understand how they say to do it but it only confuses me more. If you can help please give me a step by step instructions for a not very tech savvy person(me). Thank you
