Hi guys, I have a problem with my HP Prime that is driving me crazy. I'm an engineer and I use it a lot in my daily life. I recently bought a modern computer that has USB 3.0 and 3.2, and it simply doesn't recognize the calculator. On my old notebook it recognizes it without any problem. I've already tested everything I knew, I looked for drivers, I tested the 8 ports on my PC, I even completely reset it, I don't know what else to do. In short, it works on other older computers, but not on mine. Could someone please help me?

I have the same problem... I also tried to fully reset it (by holding the keys F C O + the whole at the back) but nothing worked. If somebody has the solution it will be great.

I managed to get around the problem. I installed a virtual machine on my computer and put Windows 10 there. In the virtual machine tool, I was able to select the HP Prime as a new device on the USB, and finally I managed to solve the problem for now. If any Brazilian wants help, talk to me on WhatsApp, I'll help you fix it. my number: 5582996095980
