I tried to replace the CPU fan on my parents HP PAV 570-p010 but the one I bought to replace it has longer screws so the fan unit doesn't touch the cpu itself. I'm trying to find a part number as there isn't one on the fan itself. Can anyone help me?

the fan only,? the fan wires have tag and HP partnumber on it
and can find this sold on ebay and amazon/.
do not use alien fans in OEM PCs, they can fail, ( there are 8 screws which one is too long? not told) fan or HS screws.
if HS screws fail that is the wrong fan HS assembly if fan does , then use old screws off old fan. but must be spec, HP fan.
first lets look it up , if lucky
ever been here.

finding one seems hare,
there are ,(most time) 2 partnumber for CPU fan.
one just the fan and one for both as an assembly..... good luck finding either.
