@Akesan, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
I'd be happy to help you connect your HP OmniDesk M02-0012no to your HP 2310i monitor and Xerox B230 printer. Here's what you'll need:
Connecting to HP 2310i Monitor
The HP 2310i monitor supports VGA and DVI-D inputs.
Your OmniDesk M02-0012no desktop likely includes HDMI and/or DisplayPort outputs (please confirm from the rear I/O panel).
Recommended Cable Options:
- If your PC has HDMI: Use an HDMI to DVI-D cable
- If your PC has DisplayPort: Use a DisplayPort to DVI-D cable or adapter
Steps:
- Plug the HDMI/DisplayPort end into your PC.
- Plug the DVI-D end into the monitor.
- Power on both devices.
- Use the monitor’s input button to select DVI.
- Windows should auto-detect the display.
Connecting to Xerox B230 Printer
The Xerox B230 supports:
- USB connection
- Wi-Fi (Wireless)
- Ethernet (Wired Network)
Recommended Cable Option:
- Use a USB Type-A to USB Type-B cable (standard printer cable)
Steps:
- Connect the USB-B end to the printer.
- Connect the USB-A end to your PC.
- Power on the printer.
- Windows 11 should auto-install the driver. If not, download it from Xerox B230 Support Page
Alternatively, you can connect via Wi-Fi using the Xerox Smart Start installer.
I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.
Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
