Camera kill-switch doesn't seem to be working

Camera kill-switch doesn't seem to be working on my hp spectre x360 2-in-1 laptop 16 f0xxx.

Every other function key appears to work okay.

Was working on 15th November. Have performed a software update since then.

This looks like a hardware issue. This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue.
