HP Computer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just noticed that I had uploaded some pictures and saved to my computer and they got saved as HD files instead of jpegs. When I am able to open the files it is in some kind of binary code.  I was able to convert them to a PDF but it just converts them with that code instead of the actual pictures.  I am told there is a way to do this.

Does anyone know how?

@lablady3705

Where do you upload from ? Which software do you use to upload  ? Why not simply COPY and PASTE ?

Normally upload from other devices will give you SAME file format of the original image(s). By the way, you can convert PDF file to image file (JPG, PNG ....) using the following software (free)

           https://www.pdf24.org/en/

The top right option will allow you to convert from PDF to many different formats including JPG format.

Regards.

So I scanned the original pictures onto my computer as I have done numerous times in the past.  I recently found numerous pictures that instead of being saved as jpeg files they somehow got saved as HD files.  I have never heard of this format before so I am not sure what happened.  Am I able to convert these hd files into PDFs and then froma PDF to a jpeg????
