I'm relatively new here. I've gotten to the point with my new HP desktop where I would like to remove or disable as much of the unnecessary software that came installed on my machine as possible. For example, I use LibreOffice 7.6.4.1, Firefox and Thunderbird, so I don't think I need Microsoft 365, but I'm not sure. Also, I tried to eliminate the Microsoft One Drive since I have no need or desire for any cloud access, but the best I could do was disable it. Still, I notice that my Desktop file has OneDrive in the pathname so I'm not sure how to safely get rid of it. I'm looking for advice on such questions among other HP computer users, guessing that I'm certainly not the first one to want to clean up my machine. Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions.

Microsoft Office 365 is included as trial software in some HP PC's.
There would be no reason I could think of why you should keep it if you don't use it.
