Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought HP Laptop in 2020 with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2019 pre-installed.  I recently upgraded O/S to Windows 11....however that caused several issues due to lack of support drivers.  I re-installed windows 10, but lost all of my apps including Microsoft Office.

Since I purchased MS Office when I initially bought the computer, how can I re-install the program with out purchasing it again?  I do not see any type of activation key on my purchase order summary from HP.  Note: I talked to Microsoft support, and they were unable to tie Microsoft Office back to any of my email accounts.  Any insights are appreciated.  TIA.

Did you register the product with Microsoft. If yes, please contact Microsoft (not HP) to re-activate the product. My experience: I've got MS Office on few machines, one day I could ONLY use MS Office on one machine, I had to contact MS to explain and they fixed that for me.

After that each my machine now has different OUTLOOK (ie Microsoft) account, I don't use same MS account for all my machines.

Regards.
