People say that you find it on the Advanced page but i dont see any thing to do with settings can anyone help

It tells you how to change the BIOS settings in chapter 5, pages 57 & 58 of the manual I posted, then you have to follow the additional step for the VT setting of turning the PC back on after you change the setting to Enabled.

 

You'll have to also turn the PC off if it doesn't do so automatically after you change the setting to Enabled.

See chapter 5, page 65 for the location of the BIOS' enable VT option:

Computer Setup—Advanced

Virtualization Technology (VTx) (Intel only)
Controls the virtualization features of the processor.

Changing this setting requires turning the computer off and then back on. Default is disabled.
