Can i get the security processor Firmware update it says i need in my security setting and how?

What update do i get and where to update my security processor (TPM) for my HP EliteDesk 800 G2 it says i require one in my security settings when i click trouble shoot in the processor page. I did some how manage to update my bios to 0.2.60 at one point but i could not figure out how to get tpm 2.0. I just bought the computer refurbished and every thing i see online says i should be able to get tpm 2.0. earlier today i was my bios and it said something about a bios update being available but when i tried to update it said it was a previous version and asked if i want to revert back to it so i did so mabey the bios or tpm update would become available or something but just at the end of the update it had a error saying it failed and just stayed on that screen with nothing to click to leave so i turned off my computer by pushing power button once than turned it back with no visable issues except in my system info page it says my bios ver is in fact a earlier one 02.59 .Please Help is it possible to have HP support take over my computer with remote desktop to help me get this working properly?
