Product: softpaq download manager
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've searched on both these apps but couldn't find anything.

 

I can not get the HP softpaq download manager to install.   "error code 1603".

I can not get the HP support assistant to install.   "Feature tranfer error"  "error -2 the system cannot find the file specified".  Does not list file name.

 

I Installed new drive and restored old drive image to new drive.  SDM and SA were installed on the old drive but wouldn't work on new drive so I uninstalled and now they won't reinstall.  All other software install no problem.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.
